Creative Design Intern : Learning & Development (L&D)

Overview:

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic L&D Creative Design Intern to support the Learning & Development team in designing engaging visual and multimedia content. The intern will play a key role in creating impactful learning campaigns, digital assets, and communication materials that enhance employee engagement and learning experiences across the organization.

Role & responsibilities

• Design visually appealing infographics for Learning & Development initiatives and campaigns.
• Create short-form audio and video nuggets (15-60 seconds) to promote learning programs and employee engagement activities.
• Develop L&D communication collateral, including banners, posters, flyers, email creatives, and social media assets.
• Collaborate with the L&D team and internal stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate ideas into compelling visual content.
• Ensure all creative assets adhere to organizational branding and visual identity guidelines.
• Support the execution of internal learning campaigns through innovative and engaging design solutions.

Preferred candidate profile

• Proficiency in creative design tools such as Canva, Figma, Adobe Express, or similar platforms.
• Strong visual storytelling and creative design skills.
• Basic knowledge of audio and video editing tools and techniques.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting timelines.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
