Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative and original content ideas for social media and digital campaigns.
• Write engaging Malayalam scripts for Reels, YouTube videos, campaigns, and other digital formats.
• Create compelling hooks and concepts that capture audience attention quickly.
• Adapt trending topics, viral formats, and popular internet culture into relevant Malayalam content.
• Develop content that reflects Kerala's culture, audience preferences, and online behaviour.
• Collaborate with designers, video editors, and the creative team to bring ideas to life.
• Refine scripts and concepts based on creative feedback and campaign objectives.
• Stay updated with social media trends, memes, viral content formats, and emerging storytelling styles.

Mandatory Skills

• Excellent Malayalam writing skills with a strong command of grammar, vocabulary, and conversational language.
