Creative Content & Digital Marketing Intern

About the Role

Were seeking a Creative Content & Digital Marketing Intern to help grow brand visibility and drive engagement across digital channels. Youll work on content creation, social media management, campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Social Media

• Create engaging content (posts, carousels, videos, Reels/Shorts) for Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
• Write captions, copy, and short-form scripts.
• Shoot & edit short-form videos.
• Manage content calendar and repurpose long-form content.
• Track platform trends, formats, and algorithm updates.

Digital Marketing & Campaigns

• Assist with social, email, and paid campaign execution.
• Help run email marketing (sequences, segmentation, performance).
• Conduct A/B tests on creatives and messaging.
• Monitor analytics: engagement, reach, conversions.
• Support SEO: keyword research, on-page updates.
• Research competitors, industry trends, and audience insights.

Brand & Collaboration

• Maintain brand voice and visual identity.
• Collaborate with design, product, sales teams.
• Manage community engagement (comments, messages).
• Support creation of marketing collateral.

Tools

• Core: Canva, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn, Google Analytics, Adobe Premiere Pro / CapCut
• Nice to have: HubSpot, Mailchimp, SEMrush/Ahrefs, Buffer/Hootsuite, Figma

Required Skills

• Strong English communication.
• Portfolio or social presence showing content creation, copywriting, video editing
• Understanding of social platforms & algorithms.
• Background in digital marketing, branding, or content strategy is a plus.
• Data-driven mindset.
• Creative, proactive, organized.
