Detailed job description

• Managing end-to-end compliances for direct indirect taxes for all the SPVs in the CRE vertical
• Reviewing TDS GST liability and input reconciliation for the SPV
• Review of tax filings and returns
• Management of tax disputes, assessments, appeals and other proceedings
• Oversight over accounts payable function/activities
• Invoicing accounts receivable; coordination with business teams for generation of invoices, oversight on generation and circulation of invoices
• Preparing/Collating financial data to be circulated to the investment team
• To monitor accounts payable including ageing for the investee companies
• Liaison with the internal auditors and the statutory auditors of the SPVs

Expected skill sets

• CA having 2-5 yrs of experience
• Advanced Excel skills
• Practical experience of SAP
• Knowledge of Taxation Law accounting systems
• Communication and interpersonal skills
