Role & Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, enterprise-grade CPQ architectures on Salesforce CPQ, ensuring high performance, security, and extensibility.
- Lead end-to-end CPQ solution design-requirements gathering, solution blueprinting, configuration, automation, and integration with ERP/CRM systems.
- Develop and optimize complex product rules, pricing matrices, bundle logic, discount engines, and approval workflows within CPQ.
- Architect integrations with external systems (NetSuite, SAP, Zuora, etc.) using APIs, middleware, or Salesforce Integration Cloud.
- Mentor junior CPQ consultants, establish best practices, and define reusable components, templates, and CI/CD pipelines for CPQ deployments.
- Collaborate with Sales, Legal, and Finance to align CPQ logic with contractual, pricing, and compliance frameworks.
