CPQ Analyst

Roles and Responsibilities :

• 3-4 plus years of proven experience in Business Analyst role. - Should be able to collaborate with Business and IT teams to provide a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities, solutions for a business.
  
• Should have at least 3-4 years of relevant experience in  CPQ (Configure, price and quote) or similar CPQ project experience.
  
• Analyze business requirements to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes using CPQ tools.
• Should have experience in JIRA/Confluence or other similar project
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, configure, and test pricing models that meet customer needs.
• Develop and maintain documentation of all configurations, including technical specifications and user guides.
• Troubleshoot issues related to pricing model implementation and provide solutions to resolve problems efficiently.

Job Requirements :

• 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in IT services & consulting industry.
• Strong understanding of CPQ (Configure Price Quote) software applications.
• Experience with configuring complex systems, such as CRM platforms like Salesforce.com.
