About this role
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, test, and deploy automated solutions using Python to improve efficiency and reduce manual errors in IT operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement automation projects that drive business value.
- Develop and maintain complex network infrastructure using networking protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.
- Troubleshoot issues related to automation scripts and provide technical support to end-users.
Job Requirements :
- 6-10 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry with expertise in automation tools like Ansible or similar technologies.
- Strong understanding of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python for developing custom scripts.
