About the Role:

We are looking for a highly driven Analyst to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with senior leadership on high-impact projects that directly shape the company's strategy, growth, and operations. You will work under the leadership team and gain cross-functional exposure across business, product, operations, and finance.

What you will do?:

- Work with the leaders to drive strategic initiatives and solve complex business problems.

- Conduct deep-dive analyses on business performance, market trends, and competition.

- Build dashboards, reports, and models to provide actionable insights for decision-making.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, Operations, Finance) to track execution and ensure alignment with company objectives.

- Support preparation of business reviews, decks, and CEO-level presentations.

- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and scalability across business processes.

What we are looking for?:

- Graduation from a premier institute./MBA Preferred .

- Experience: 1 - 3 years of experience in analytics, consulting, product, or business strategy roles.

- Strong problem-solving and structured thinking skills.

- Excellent analytical and quantitative skills; proficiency in Excel, SQL, or data tools is a plus.

- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
