Job Summary

We are looking for an Analyst/Senior Analyst with strong hands-on experience in Power BI, data analytics, and Microsoft Fabric to support development, modernization, and ongoing management of enterprise reporting solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports, including data modelling, DAX, and Power Query.
• Work with Microsoft Fabric components such as Lakehouse/Warehouse, Data Pipelines, Dataflows, RLS and Semantic Models.
• Perform data validation, reconciliation, refresh monitoring, and troubleshooting to ensure reporting accuracy and reliability.
• Translate business requirements into scalable reporting and analytics solutions.
• Support report enhancements, modernization, documentation, and change/release activities.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to resolve reporting and data-related issues.

What we are looking for

• Strong hands-on Power BI, DAX, Power Query, and data modelling.
• Good knowledge of SQL and coding (Python).
• Working knowledge / hands-on exposure to Microsoft Fabric.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
