Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain enterprise search solutions using Coveo Cloud Platform.
• Implement and manage Coveo for AEM, Sitecore, and Salesforce integrations.
• Configure and administer Coveo Sources, Security Identities, Crawling, and Index Pipelines.
• Develop and customize Coveo Query Pipelines to optimize search relevance, facets, filtering, and ranking.
• Implement and maintain Coveo Machine Learning (ML) models for recommendations, query suggestions, and personalization.
• Configure and analyze Coveo Usage Analytics to improve search effectiveness and user experience.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable search solutions.
• Develop custom integrations using REST APIs, JSON, and GraphQL.
• Troubleshoot indexing, relevance, and search performance issues.
• Participate in architecture discussions, technical reviews, and mentoring of junior team members.
• Ensure adherence to best practices in performance, security, scalability, and maintainability.
