Course Counsellor

Job Summary

You will be the first real voice of Waves Institute that prospective students and parents interact with. This role is all about building trust, asking the right questions and matching the right student to the right course - while building lasting relationships along the way.

What You Will Do

• Handle student and parent enquiries via phone, WhatsApp and in-person visits - warmly, clearly and professionally.
• Understand each prospects background, interests and goals to guide them toward the right course option at WIFD.
• Follow up on leads proactively and maintain strong relationships from first enquiry to enrolment.
• Coordinate with the admissions team to ensure a smooth, welcoming experience for every new student.

What Were Looking For

• Female graduate with excellent communication skills in both English and Malayalam.
• Smart, dynamic and confident - someone who connects easily with people of all backgrounds.
• Prior experience as an academic counsellor or in a student-facing role at any reputed institution or company is preferred.
