Coupa PR/PO Creation

Role Overview

Looking for a proactive and detail-oriented analyst to support Purchase Order (PO) creation, reporting, and procurement operations activities within Coupa. The ideal candidate should possess strong procurement process knowledge, analytical skills, and reporting expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and process Purchase Orders (POs) in Coupa based on approved Quotation & Cost estimates.

• Ensure timely and accurate PO creation in line with procurement policies and service levels.

• Validate PO requests for completeness and required supporting documents.

• Coordinate with business users and stakeholders to resolve PO-related queries.

• Monitor PO status and support timely processing and closure.

• Handle urgent and exception-based PO requests while maintaining compliance.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.

• Generate KPI dashboards and management reports on PO volumes, turnaround time, and process performance.

• Analyze procurement data and provide actionable insights to support governance reviews and decision-making.

Required Skills & Tools

• Hands-on experience with Coupa Procurement.

• Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query).

• Working knowledge of Power BI for reporting and dashboards.

• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Procurement Operations, PO Processing, or P2P Support.

• Exposure to SAP and procurement reporting.

• Experience in KPI reporting, governance management, and business analytics.

• Continuous improvement mindset with a focus on operational excellence.
