Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise on Coupa platform to clients across various industries.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
  
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent communication skills.
  
• Troubleshoot issues related to procurement processes using BSM (Business Spend Management) tools.
  
• Ensure timely delivery of projects while meeting quality standards.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-8 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry, preferably with Coupa implementation experience.
  
• Strong understanding of procurement domain knowledge and ability to apply it effectively.
  
• Proficiency in working with multiple systems such as ERPs, P2P platforms, etc.
