About this role
Roles Responsibilities
- Own andgrow relationships with key customers in cables, conductors, and manufacturingsectors
- Developand execute account-level business plans aligned with company growth strategy
- Drivevolume growth, product mix improvement, and premium realization
- Identifywhitespace opportunities within existing accounts (new applications,cross-selling, exports)
- Drivesales performance in line with the Business Plan, focusing on volume growth,realization, and EBITDA improvement.
- Identifyand onboard high-potential new customers across domestic and export markets
- Expandpresence in high-growth segments (power, renewables, infrastructure, EPCs)
- Buildlong-term partnerships with strategic accounts
- Leadcontract negotiations, pricing strategies, and commercial closures
- Ensurealignment with LME-based pricing, hedging practices, and margin targets
- Continuouslytrack and improve EBITDA per tonne / realization metrics

Qualification Experience
Holds a B.Tech/B.Com/M.Com with 10 years of experience in B2B sales / key account management inmetals, manufacturing, or industrial products (copper experience preferred)
Demonstratesstrong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to interpretmarket data and drive actionable insights.
Capable ofplanning, prioritizing, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to meetsales and operational targets.
