Counter Salesman

We are looking for a polite, confident, and customer-oriented Counter Salesman for a clothing showroom in Pune. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, understanding their clothing requirements, recommending suitable products, handling billing, and maintaining an attractive product display while ensuring an excellent shopping experience.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them throughout their shopping experience.
• Understand customer preferences, requirements, and budgets to recommend suitable clothing.
• Explain product features, sizes, colours, fabrics, and pricing to customers.
• Handle counter sales and encourage customers to make purchases.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets as assigned by the management.
• Manage billing, cash handling, UPI payments, and other payment transactions accurately.
• Maintain proper arrangement and display of clothing and accessories.
• Ensure the showroom and sales counter remain clean, organised, and presentable.
• Check stock availability, assist with inventory management, and replenish products when required.
• Handle customer queries, exchanges, and complaints professionally.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth showroom operations.
