About this role
Attend walk-in customers and understand their requirements
Recommend suitable products based on customer needs
Demonstrate products and explain features, benefits, warranty and services
Handle customer queries and objections to drive sales conversion
Achieve individual and showroom sales targets
Handle billing, payments, EMI/finance documentation and extended warranty sales
Maintain showroom displays, merchandising, pricing and stock hygiene
Capture customer details and coordinate product installations
Support complaint resolution and maintain customer satisfaction
Record daily sales and participate in sales review meetingsRole & responsibilities

Graduate and above; final-year graduates may also be considered. 04+ years of experience in retail sales, consumer durables, electronics or appliances. Freshers with excellent communication and customer-handling skills can apply. Fluent in the local language, Hindi and English. Strong communication and sales skills. Customer-focused, energetic and target-oriented. Comfortable working rotational shifts, including weekends. Comfortable standing for extended periods and handling high-value transactions.
