Counter Sales Executive

We are seeking a refined, articulate, and client-focused Luxury Jewellery Professional to join our upscale boutique showroom. In this role, you will act as a brand ambassador, delivering an exceptional, personalized styling and purchasing experience to discerning high-net-worth clients. The ideal candidate possesses an intimate understanding of fine jewellery, high-end gemstones, craftsmanship, and elite retail etiquette.

Key Responsibilities Clienteling & Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with VIP clients, collectors, and high-net-worth individuals, managing private appointments and personalized viewings. Consultative Sales & Styling: Guide clients through high-end bridal collections, bespoke custom pieces, and precious gemstone selections with expert knowledge of design, provenance, and craftsmanship. Gemological & Product Expertise: Educate clients on the 4Cs of diamonds, precious colored gemstones (sapphires, rubies, emeralds), gold purities, and fine jewelry care.

Boutique Standards & Merchandising: Maintain the highest visual standards of luxury presentation within the showroom, ensuring secure, immaculate display of high-value inventory. Inventory & Administrative Oversight: Manage daily store operations, coordinate high-value piece transfers, oversee stock audits, and handle precise documentation for appraisals, certifications, and sales. After-Sales Service: Coordinate bespoke custom orders, resizing, repairs, and certification issuance with our master craftsmen and gemological laboratories.

Key Requirements Experience: 3 to 7+ years of proven experience in luxury retail, fine jewelry sales, or high-end hospitality. Knowledge: Strong working knowledge of diamonds, colored gemstones, and luxury jewelry manufacturing styles. Formal gemological training (such as GIA or equivalent) is a strong advantage.

Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with impeccable grooming, poise, and a sophisticated, courteous demeanor. Interpersonal Skills: A natural flair for networking, high emotional intelligence, and discretion when handling elite clientele. Education: Bachelor's degree in any discipline; specialized background in design, luxury brand management, or gemology is highly preferred.
