Job Description:
The Customer Relationship Officer (CRO) is responsible for handling walk-in customers at the store, understanding their needs, and selling company products and services while ensuring a good customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend walk-in customers at the counter.
• Promote and sell Airtel products and services.
• Explain plans, offers, and benefits clearly to customers.
• Complete customer documentation and service activation.
• Handle basic customer queries and resolve service-related issues.
• Maintain customer records in the system.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
• Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.

Eligibility:

• Graduation (mandatory)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Sales or customer service experience preferred
