Qualification

• Graduate (Mandatory)

Experience

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Counter Sales / Retail Sales / Customer Service
• Telecom or Retail experience preferred (Apna)

Key Responsibilities

• Attend and assist walk-in customers at the Airtel Store.
• Promote and sell Airtel products such as Prepaid, Postpaid, Broadband, DTH, and Accessories.
• Resolve customer queries and provide excellent customer service.
• Complete KYC and documentation for new activations and upgrades.
• Achieve monthly sales and customer satisfaction targets.
• Maintain store cleanliness and ensure a positive customer experience. (Apna)
