Role & responsibilities

• Counsel students and parents regarding available courses, programs, and learning opportunities.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate admissions and drive enrolments.
• Understand students requirements and recommend suitable courses.
• Follow up with prospective students and parents to convert leads into successful admissions.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM.
• Achieve assigned admission and sales targets within defined timelines.
• Resolve queries related to courses, fees, batches, and the admission process.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth student admission experience.
