Key Responsibilities
* Connect with prospective students and understand their educational requirements.
* Explain courses, programs, eligibility, admission process, and other relevant details.
* Follow up with leads through calls and other communication channels.
* Counsel students and assist them throughout the admission journey.
* Maintain regular follow-ups and update lead/status information.
* Achieve assigned admission and sales targets.
* Handle student queries and ensure a smooth admission experience.
Requirements
* Minimum 6 months of sales experience in any industry.
* Graduate in any discipline.
* Good verbal communication skills in Hindi and/or English.
* Comfortable speaking with students and parents over calls.
* Strong convincing, follow-up, and interpersonal skills.
* Target-oriented and willing to work in a sales-driven environment.

* Customer handling and relationship management
