We are looking for a Counsellor with excellent communication skills and good knowledge of Eye Care, Cataract & LASIK procedures.

Position: Eye Care Counsellor

Key Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills
• Good knowledge of Cataract and LASIK procedures
• Experience in counselling patients and explaining treatment options
• Ability to build trust and communicate effectively with patients and attendants
• Patient-focused and professional approach
• Prior experience in an eye hospital/clinic will be an advantage

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel patients regarding cataract, LASIK, and other eye-care procedures
• Explain treatment plans, procedures, and related information clearly
• Address patient queries and concerns
• Coordinate with doctors and the clinical team
• Maintain a positive and professional patient experience.
