Counsellor

• Contact students who have enquired about courses through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
• Understand students educational backgrounds, career goals, and learning requirements.
• Explain course details, syllabus, duration, fees, and available learning modes.
• Schedule counselling sessions and institute visits for interested students.
• Follow up with prospective students and assist them throughout the admission process.
• Address students questions and concerns professionally.
• Maintain accurate student enquiry records and follow-up details.
• Achieve admission and counselling targets set by the management.Role & responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate in any discipline preferred.
• 04 years of experience in counselling, telecalling, sales, or customer service.
• Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
• Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
• Confidence in handling phone calls and interacting with students.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel.
• Positive attitude, patience, and a student-focused approach.
