- Provide a safe, supportive, and confidential environment for individuals seeking counselling.
- Assist individuals in identifying concerns, developing coping strategies, and making informed decisions.
- Provide guidance on interpersonal, workplace, academic, career, and other relevant concerns.
- Identify situations requiring specialized professional intervention and recommend referral to appropriate external professionals or specialists, wherever necessary.
- Maintain confidential records of counselling sessions, observations, follow-ups, and interventions in accordance with organizational policies and professional standards.
- Conduct follow-up sessions to monitor progress and provide continued support where required.
