Counsellor

Role & respon

• Counsel patients and attendants regarding eye treatments and surgeries.
• Explain procedures, packages, costs, and pre/post-operative instructions.
• Coordinate with doctors, front office, billing, OT and other departments.
• Follow up with patients for appointments and surgeries.
• Handle patient queries and concerns professionally.
• Maintain patient counselling records and daily reports.
• Achieve counselling and surgery conversion targets ethically.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate with good communication and counselling skills.
• Experience in hospital/healthcare counselling preferred.
• Fluent in Marathi, Hindi and basic English.
• Patient-friendly, confident and good convincing skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and follow-up skills.
