Counsellor cum Telecaller

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Conduct outbound calls to students, parents, and educational institutions to promote skill development programs.
• Provide student counseling services to help individuals make informed decisions about their education and career paths.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions using digital tools such as Excel or CRM software.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies for community mobilization.

Job Requirements :

• 1-6 years of experience in calling, community mobilization, database management, digitization, or related fields.
• Strong skills in data management, excel, mobilisation, student counselling, and digital marketing (digital marketing).
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
