Costing Manager

Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Cost Manager to lead cost consultancy activities, ensuring effective Cost Estimation, BOQ, Tender Management and Contracts Management

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, budgets, and cost plans.
• Review tender documents, evaluate contractor quotations, and assist in contract negotiations.
• Monitor project costs, cash flows, variations, and cost-to-complete reports.
• Conduct BOQ scrutiny, quantity verification, and cost audits.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities through value engineering.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal project teams.
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of cost reports and commercial documentation.

Eligibility:

• Degree in Civil Engineering.
• 8-10 years of experience in Quantity Surveying and Cost Consultancy.
• Strong knowledge of estimation, BOQ preparation, contracts, and cost management.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and relevant estimation tools.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and team management skills.Role & responsibilities
