Job Description

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Finance professional with strong analytical and SAP proficiency to oversee product costing, Capex controls, commercial recoveries, and financial systems across our operations.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Capex Management:
  
• Facilitate Capex budget releases in SAP.
• Track and monitor actual capital expenditures against approved budgets.
• Monitor and drive timely Capex recoveries from customers.
• Cash Flow & Commercial Control:
  
• Maintain strict control over commercial recoveries and overdue claims.
• Validate and audit sourcing cost savings and plant-level savings initiatives.
• Growth & Profitability:
  
• Review, analyze, and monitor unit-wise product costing models to provide accurate insights for leadership decision-making.
• Conduct standard vs. actual cost variance analysis to identify margin leakages.
• Finance Systems & Pricing Integrity:
  
• Track and analyze price movements across raw materials, customers, and vendors.
• Ensure timely raising, reconciliation, and settlement of supplementary invoices/debit-credit notes.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Technical Proficiency: Hands-on working experience in SAP (CO/FI/MM modules relevant to costing and Capex) and Advanced Excel.
• Strong acumen in manufacturing economics, variance analysis, and contract/commercial recovery terms.
