Customer Identification & Support

• Conducting technical discussions with customers and sales team.
• Preparing the quote as per given specification.
• Check stock availability as per given quote.
• Customer offers should be submitted within one working day

Follow-ups, Team Support & Miscellaneous Tasks

• FMEG costing analysis.
• Price working sheet preparation.
• Quotation preparation for enquiries.
• Enquiry tracking.
• Maintaining daily MIS reports for enquiries.
• Price working must be completed within one working day after technical clearance.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in engineering (Electrical Engineering).
• Basic knowledge of (FMEG) electrical fundamentals.

Skills

• Familiarity with ERP systems.
• Knowledge of CRM (salesforce).
• Strong command of MS Office.

• Strong customer contacts, market knowledge, and product understanding.
• Highly results-oriented, self-starter, and go-getter personality.
