Costing Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed BOQs, estimate quantities, and monitor project costs.
  
• Conduct rate analysis and negotiate rates with subcontractors.
  
• Coordinate with site teams to ensure accurate cost estimation and control.
  
• Develop and maintain project budgets, track expenses, and identify potential cost savings opportunities.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, rate analysis, subcontractor billing, project costing, and quantity surveying principles.
  
• 6-10 years of experience in quantity surveying or a related field (cost engineering).
