Costing And Mis Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain cost sheets for products and manufacturing processes.
• Perform product costing based on raw material, labour, power, overheads, and other manufacturing costs.
• Prepare and analyse batch-wise costing based on actual material consumption and production output.
• Compare standard/estimated cost with actual cost and identify cost variances.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports related to production, costing, consumption, inventory, and profitability.
• Conduct inventory reconciliation between ERP/system stock, book stock, and physical inventory.
• Analyse inventory differences, material consumption, wastage, production loss, and yield variances.
• Coordinate with Production, Stores, Purchase, and Accounts teams for accurate costing and reconciliation.
• Monitor raw material price fluctuations and assess their impact on product costing.
• Provide costing and MIS analysis to management for decision-making.

Preferred candidate profile

Good knowledge of MS Excel Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, etc.

Experience with SAP.

Strong analytical, numerical, and reporting skills.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Manufacturing industry experience preferred.
