Manager / Sr. Manager Commercial (Cost Control & Budgeting)

About the Role Lead the commercial function for our Bengaluru region driving cost control, budgeting, and billing excellence across sites while mentoring a high-performing team

What You'll Do

• Lead & train the site/RO commercial team on processes and SAP
• Review and approve project budgets before kick-off
• Control site costs (IDC, NMR, labour) across the region
• Own monthly MIS reporting (P&L, LCR, CTC, reconciliations) to HO
• Drive audit closures and timely client billing
• Manage extra-item claims and subcontractor bill clearances
• Negotiate Comparative Statements & Work Orders with MEP/PMV/Formwork teams

What We're Looking For

• B.E./B.Tech (Civil)
• Strong SAP & commercial/cost control experience in construction/EPC
• Sharp negotiator with a knack for numbers and team leadership.
