Costing Analyst - Finance & Accounting

Job Summary


Responsibilities

• Supporting month end inventory Closing activities,
• Prepare monthly inventory Account Reconciliations,
• Support inventory Costing processes, fore example Transfer Price updates,
• Help drive process improvements / automation / standard work for the above areas,
• Responsible for quality error free deliverables in accordance with the quality standard for FPA CoE,
• Participate in global Sarbanes-Oxley testing of inventory processes;

Qualifications

• B. Com, MBA, CA, CMA
• 4 - 6 years of progressive finance experience
• Knowledge experience of inventory accounting; Previously worked in a global business environment with experience of global processes transactional flows;
• Proficient in Excel, including Pivots and Vlookups;
• Experience of ERP usage, for example Oracle or SAP;

Desirable/It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Strong analytical skills: able to analyze large quantities of data, identify trends and drivers, link financial results to operational performance and distil them into insightful analysis;
• Process improvement initiatives;
• Working in ambiguous situations: adaptable open to change in response to new information, different or unexpected circumstances;
• BI tools, for example QlikSense, OneStream;
