RPVariance & Yield Analysi s: Conduct monthly variance analyses focusing on Yield, scrap generation, internal/customer rejections, and pattern amortization. Identify and financially quantify operational inefficienci

esEnergy & Utility Trackin g: Monitor and analyze power and fuel consumption (units/ton) during melting cycles to optimize energy cost center

s.RFQ & New Product Pricin g: Partner with Sales and NPD teams to deliver accurate cost estimations for new casting RFQs, incorporating dynamic commodity indexation (Pig Iron, Scrap, Ferroalloys) to protect margin

s.Inventory & Audit s: Oversee physical inventory verification of raw materials, metal scrap, and WIP. Lead plant-level statutory cost audits and ensure compliance with internal control

s. Qualifications and Experie nce ACMA with 7 to 10 of experience from manufacturing industry, Engineering degree with ACMA would be prefer red.
