About this role
:
- Prepare and manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost models using historical data, CostX and other tools
- Perform risk and variance analysis; identify mitigation actions
- Deliver regular dashboards, cost to complete (CTC) tracking, and unite stakeholders on cost-performance.
- Create estimates and cost plans for key client developments
- Support nimble project management and clear decisions through excellent cost documentation and timely communication
- Oversee project spend by creating valuations and cost reports and clearly communicate variations to your team
- Actively participate in the tender/bid process--from initial tender/bid documentation through analysis and reporting
- Generate and manage project budgets/ forecasts
- Monthly Cost report/cash flows
- Vendor bill Certification/evaluations
- Change/Variation management

- Maintain a comprehensive database of costs.
- Generate various trackers like PO/Invoice/Variation trackers etc.

- Assist in vendor negotiations to achieve favourable terms.
- Provide market intelligence support for new suppliers and equipment categories.

- Stay tech-savvy and open to learning new tools.
