Cost Manager CSA For India Data Centre Projects

:

• Have experience in Civil, Structural, Architectural, interior fit out estimating, tender evaluations and onsite cost controls for Data Centre Projects
• Prepare and manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost models using historical data, CostX and other tools
• Perform risk and variance analysis; identify mitigation actions
• Deliver regular dashboards, cost to complete (CTC) tracking, and unite stakeholders on cost-performance.
• Create estimates and cost plans for key client developments
• Support nimble project management and clear decisions through excellent cost documentation and timely communication
• Oversee project spend by creating valuations and cost reports and clearly communicate variations to your team
• Actively participate in the tender/bid process--from initial tender/bid documentation through analysis and reporting

• Have relevant experience in Data Centre Projects for activities related to Precontracts including Cost Estimates at different design stages
• Have a wealth of experience in Civil, Structural, Architectural, interior fit out Estimating in DC space
• Have a degree or comparable experience
• Have experience in Office fit out, commercial or similar projects
• Are an excellent communicator verbally and in writing
• Have experience in pre- and post-contract cost management on varied projects
• Thrive on building strong relationships with your team and clients through a shared purpose and sense of openness and fun
