- Job Description
1. Review of Departmental Expense Budgets
Review the expense budgets submitted by each department to ensure their reasonableness and accuracy.
2. Cost Control and Monitoring
Cost Control: Establish and enforce consumption rates, and strictly control all expense expenditures to ensure they remain within budget.
Cost Monitoring: Conduct real-time monitoring of all expense expenditures, promptly address and correct any abnormal expenditures to ensure compliance and reasonableness.
3. Cost Analysis and Reporting
Cost Analysis: Conduct detailed analysis of all expense expenditures to understand their composition and trends, identifying key areas for cost control and improvement.
Cost Reporting: Regularly compile and submit cost reports to management, providing insights on expense expenditures and serving as a reference for financial decision-making and business development.
4. Improvement of Cost Management Systems and Processes
System Development: Participate in the formulation and refinement of the company's cost management systems and processes to ensure standardization and normalization.
Process Optimization: Optimize and improve cost management processes based on business development and company circumstances, enhancing work efficiency and cost control effectiveness.
5. Communication and Collaboration with Other Departments
Departmental Communication: Maintain good communication and collaboration with all departments to understand their expense needs and expenditures, providing a basis for budgeting and control.
Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Participate in cross-departmental projects and collaborations, offering professional advice and support on cost control to ensure smooth project progression and reasonable cost management.
6. Training and Enhancement
Professional Training: Attend relevant professional training and studies to continuously improve one's professional competence and capabilities, adapting to evolving business environments and financial requirements.
Knowledge Sharing: Share experiences and knowledge in cost control with team members, promoting the overall enhancement of the team's capabilities.
Job Requirement
1.Education Background and Professional Qualifications
Educational Requirements: Applicants are required to possess a college diploma or above, with majors in Accounting, Financial Management, Economics, or related fields.
2.Work Experience
Industry Experience and Years of Service: Having 3-5 years of work experience is a preferred condition, as it helps applicants adapt to the job more quickly.
