Service Line Responsibilities

• Perform Product Teardown Should-cost analysis for Automotive / Energy equipments Tool/ Dies/Mold Costing etc.
• Lead VAVE workshops to identify cost-saving opportunities
• Collaborate with design, sourcing, and suppliers to optimize product cost
• Support new product development with early cost estimation
• Analyze supplier quotes and manufacturing processes for cost validation
• Drive supply chain cost reduction and localization strategies

Additional Responsibilities

• B.E./B. Tech in Mechanicalor Industrial Engineering
• 38 years in cost engineering, preferably in automotive, Medical or energy domains
• Strong knowledge of electromechanical systems and manufacturing processes
• Experience in costing of mechanical parts assemblies involving stamping, injection molding, die casting, forging, machining and secondary finishing processes etc...
• Experience with VAVE, cost modeling tools, and supplier negotiations
• Familiarity working on COTS tools like Siemens TcPCM, aPriori, SEER etc...
