About this role
Own purchase to consumption costing for a growing cafe chain. Reconcile PO, GRN and vendor invoices, run monthly stock audits, track recipe vs actual consumption, store wise wastage and variance, and prepare monthly COGS and margin reports.
Required Candidate profile
2 to 5 years in cost accounting or inventory control, ideally in F and B, QSR or retail chains. Hands on with Tally Prime, a POS like Petpooja and advanced Excel. CMA Inter or Qualified preferred.Perks and benefits
