Cost Accountant

Role & responsibilities

• Physical stock verification at the plant on monthly basis for sample products
• Reviewing the time cycles trend to report any abnormalities if any on monthly basis
• Arriving the capacity utilization of all the blocks and the plant as a whole on monthly basis
• To run the assessment cycles in SAP on monthly basis
• Monthly inventory valuation including Overhead revaluation through actual cost run in SAP.
• Preparing product wise cost sheets on monthly basis along with variance analysis to submit the report to the management
• Preparing Plant MIS to measure the plant performance
• Monitoring the inventory levels at the plant
• Preparing RMC Budget Cost Sheets annually
• To provide COGS reports for the products as and when required for business decision making
• To support both Statutory Audit and Cost Audit

Preferred candidate profile

CMA Inter/CMA/ with a minimum of 3 years of experience in Costing, MIS and Budgeting
