Experience: 12 - 15 Years
Qualification: B.E / B.Tech in Metallurgical / Materials / Chemical / Mechanical Engineering
Key Expertise Required:
Risk Based Inspection (RBI) API 580 / 581
Corrosion Management & Failure Analysis
Fitness for Service (API 579)
Pipeline Integrity & Direct Assessment (ECDA / ICDA / SCCDA)
Inspection Planning & Turnaround Inspection
Corrosion Monitoring & Damage Mechanism Assessment
Integrity Management Software – Meridium, Bentley, CREDO, PCMS, ECE etc.
Strong knowledge of API 571, API 510, API 570, ASME & related standards
Mandatory Certifications:
API 571
API 580
Preferred:
NACE Corrosion Technologist Certification
Experience in Upstream, Refinery, Petrochemical & Power sectors
