Hiring for Surgery Coder (Work From Office)

Job Responsibilities:

• Accurately code medical procedures using CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS codes.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and industry standards for coding accuracy.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to obtain required documentation for coding purposes.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations at all times.
• Stay up to date with changes in coding guidelines, regulations, and industry best practices.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• 2-7 years of experience as a Surgery Coder or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of CPC certification requirements.
• Proficiency in coding Same Day Surgery (SDS) procedures.
• Ability to work independently in a remote/work-from-home setup.
