Required skills and qualifications

• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for client

interaction and providing detailed information.

• Customer service: A strong customer-oriented mindset is needed to ensure client

satisfaction.

• Technical proficiency: Knowledge of Amadeus (GDS), booking software, and customer

relationship management (CRM) tools is often required.

• Problem-solving: Ability to handle unforeseen issues such as flight cancellations or booking

errors.

• Organizational skills: Must be detail-oriented to manage multiple bookings, client records,

and financial documents accurately.

• Destination knowledge: Familiarity with various geographic areas and the ability to research

new destinations. 

• Consult with clients: Understand travel preferences, budget, and specific needs to create

personalized itineraries.

• Manage bookings: Handle issue tickets, re-issuance, Voidation, creating itinerary , Air &

hotel booking.
