Corporate Travel Consultant

Job Description

We are looking for a Corporate Travel Consultant with experience in corporate ticketing and travel operations to manage end-to-end travel requirements for corporate clients while ensuring high levels of service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Handle domestic and international air ticket bookings as per client requirements.

Manage non-air travel services including hotel bookings, visa assistance, rail, bus, and travel insurance.

Coordinate with corporate clients for day-to-day travel requirements and provide timely travel solutions.

Ensure adherence to client SLAs and organizational service standards.

Handle ticket reissuance, cancellations, refunds, and travel amendments.

Coordinate and negotiate with airlines, hotels, and travel suppliers for optimal travel arrangements.

Ensure timely invoicing, documentation, uploads in relevant systems, and billing closure.

Drive revenue and transaction targets as defined by the business.

Build and maintain strong client relationships through quality service and prompt resolution of queries.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Candidate Profile

3-4 years of experience in Corporate Travel and Corporate Ticketing.

Hands-on experience with at least one GDS platform: Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo.

Strong knowledge of domestic and international air ticketing processes.

Experience in handling corporate clients and managing end-to-end travel requirements.

Good understanding of fare calculations, reservations, reissuance, refunds, and travel operations.

Excellent communication, customer service, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
