Corporate Travel Associate (Galileo)

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage international ticketing operations for clients, ensuring timely and cost-effective travel arrangements.
• Coordinate hotel bookings, reservations, and itinerary planning to meet client requirements.
• Utilize Galileo system to process flight tickets, manage inventory, and resolve issues related to bookings.
• Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to client inquiries and resolving any travel-related concerns.

Job Requirements :

• 1-8 years of experience in corporate travel management or a related field.
• Proficiency in Galileo system for international ticketing purposes.
• Strong knowledge of airline schedules, routes, and fare rules for efficient booking processes.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds.
