Corporate Travel Associate (Galileo)

Responsibilities and Requirements:

• 1–8 years of experience in International B2B flight and hotel reservations.
• Strong knowledge of international flight ticketing, reissuance, cancellations, refunds, and related processes.
• Hands-on experience with Galileo GDS is mandatory.
• Good understanding of B2B/corporate travel operations and client servicing.
• Strong client-handling, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple bookings and client requests with accuracy and within defined timelines.
