• Business Domain: Corporate Finance, Strategic Financial Planning, and Capacity Forecasts

2. Oracle AIDP (AI Data Platform)

• Technical Focus: Data engineering, lakehouse workflows, MLOps, and enterprise AI Agents
• Business Domain: Enterprise Data Intelligence, Predictive Insights, and Agentic AI Architecture

3. Oracle WFM / HCM (Workforce Management)

• Technical Focus: Oracle Workforce Scheduling and Labour Optimization
• Business Domain: Human Capital Management (HCM), AI-powered Shift Allocation, and Labour Cost Optimization

4. Oracle OFS (Oracle Field Service)

• Technical Focus: Oracle Fusion Field Service Plugin Development
• Business Domain: Service Logistics, Supply Chain Management (SCM), and Mobile Field Operations Tracking

Client Expectations of the Trainer

• Enterprise Delivery Experience: Prior history training corporate teams or enterprise-level tech audiences.
• Practical Labs: Heavy emphasis on leading intensive, hands-on lab environments and debugging live exercises.
• Real-World Case Studies: Ability to reference actual production architectures and use cases.
