About the Role

We are looking for an English Language & Corporate Communication Trainer who can

improve employees English prociency, workplace communication, and professional

speaking skills through engaging and effective training sessions.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver English language and business communication training to employees.
• Improve spoken English, grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and sentence

formation.

• Train employees in professional email writing, business correspondence, and

workplace conversations.

• Conduct sessions on presentation skills, professional speaking, and interpersonal

communication.

• Assess trainees learning progress through practical exercises, role-plays, and

assessments.

• Identify communication gaps and provide constructive feedback.
• Prepare training materials, activities, and assessments according to employee

learning needs.

• Monitor training eectiveness and maintain trainee progress reports

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Strong command of English grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation.
• Good presentation and training delivery skills.
• Ability to engage and train employees at dierent pro ciency levels.
• Strong interpersonal, coaching, and assessment skills.
• Pro ciency in MS Oice and PowerPoint.

Qualications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Communication, Education, or a related eld

preferred.

• Prior experience in English language training, corporate training, or communication

skills training is preferred.

• Experience training working professionals or employees in a corporate environment will be an advantage.
