Corporate Trainer

Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver technical training programs to students of leading universities through offline classroom and online sessions.
• Design and deliver practical, industry-oriented training aligned with current corporate requirements.
• Conduct training on Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA), Python, Java, SQL, and Data Engineering.
• Explain complex technical concepts using real-world examples, coding exercises, case studies, and hands-on projects.
• Develop training materials, coding exercises, assignments, assessments, and project-based learning activities.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 57 years of professional experience in corporate/IT companies.
• Prior experience in technical training, corporate training, university training, mentoring, or software development is preferred.
• Strong hands-on experience in DSA, Python, Java, SQL, and Data Engineering.
• Good understanding of programming fundamentals, object-oriented programming, data structures, algorithms, and problem-solving.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, database concepts, ETL/ELT, data pipelines, data warehousing, and modern data engineering concepts.
• Candidates with practical experience in technologies such as AWS, Azure, GCP, Databricks, Spark, Snowflake, or other data engineering platforms will be preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to students with different levels of technical knowledge.
• Comfortable delivering training in both online and offline modes.
• Passion for mentoring, teaching, and developing industry-ready technical talent.
• Candidates with experience working in reputed IT services, product companies, or MNCs are highly preferred.
