Job Title: Soft Skills Trainer

Location: Gurgaon

Department: Learning & Development / Training

Key Responsibilities -

• Conduct soft skills training programs on communication, customer service, presentation skills, email etiquette, teamwork, leadership, time management, and problem-solving.
• Identify training needs through discussions with stakeholders, audits, and performance analysis.
• Design and update training modules, assessments, and learning materials.
• Deliver classroom, virtual, and workshop-based training sessions.
• Evaluate trainee performance through assessments, feedback, and observations.
• Conduct refresher training programs to improve employee performance and productivity.
• Coach and mentor employees on behavioral skills and professional conduct.

Desired Skills:

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong facilitation and coaching abilities.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and training methodologies.
• Ability to analyze training effectiveness and recommend improvements.
• Strong interpersonal, mentoring, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and training tools.
• Fluency in English and Hindi.

Eligibility:

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 2-7 years of experience as a Soft Skills Trainer, preferably in BPO, Insurance, or Sales environments.
• Experience in conducting behavorial and communication training programs.
